Watch Oswestry's five members of Team GB LIVE on the Advertizer website as they compete in the World Mountainbike Championships in Italy on Saturday, June 21.
The Advertizer website is bringing you LIVE coverage of the World Mountainbike Championships in Italy, where five local riders form part of the Great Britain team.

In a first for the Advertizer, we have teamed up with Freecaster.tv to bring you live coverage of the championships from Val di Sole in Italy, where Oswestry's Athertons, Rachel, Dan and Gee, Ruyton XI Towns' Fionn Griffiths and trials ace Sam Oliver from Oswestry.

Advertizer readers have been following the exploits of the Athertons who dominated the recent round of the World Cup competition.

In the Elite Downhill category Dan, Gee and Rachel Atherton will line up alongside Fionn Griffiths, who also appears in the Four-Cross event alongside Dan Atherton,.

Completing the quintet is Sam Oliver, who will be competing in two of the junior trials categories, having been unshakable at the top of the British rankings over recent years.

The downhill will be showing from 11.45am on June 21, while the four cross event will start at 6pm.
