New faces at Crosses

FOUR Crosses have raided local rivals Technogroup Welshpool, with three players following Neil Breeze to Foxon Manor.


Breeze quit as Welshpool reserve team manager last month to take up the assistants role to Lloyd Chaney at ambitious Crosses.


Midfielder Ian Brailsford heads the cast of new arrivals and is joined by defensive duo Scott Jones and Steve Owen.


Chaney said: “Ian has scored two in two games since joining, while we are also stronger in defence now. We are going for promotion so strengthening our squad at this point was important.”
