Mr Paterson said he would be fighting the proposals which include the closure of Selattyn, Maesbury, Welshampton and Weston Lullingfield Schools.
He said every school he had visited on the closure list in his area, the figures given by the county council had been wrong.
He said Selattyn would love to have 90 children but had been limited by the county to just 70 and car parking issues were the reason why Welshampton made the list, but he said: "In my ten years as MP I have not received one letter, one email or complaint about parking at the school. It's ludicrous."
Mr Paterson is to meet schools minister Jim Knight at Westminster on Wednesday while campaigners will be travelling to Shirehall to make their voices heard.
Mr Paterson said: "I strongly urge as many people as possible to support this campaign. These are not just schools but community facilities. I am full of praise for campaigners already who turned out in force last Friday morning at Selattyn to show their concern. They must keep this momentum going, this has got to be stopped."
