The organisers of a cancelled Oswestry music festival - Fieldbounce - have still remained silent over refunds.
A ticket-holder from Birmingham has spoke out about her concerns, and said she will take further action in two days if she doesn't receive a refund.
Natasha Wykes said: "I don't know who else to contact to be honest, I know legally they have to pay back the money by April 26.
"My bank said you have to give them a month to allow a refund.
"If they don't, I can call them on April 26 and they'll open a dispute against them as long as I've got the email to prove they've mentioned a refund."
The festival was due to take place on May 5 at Park Hall, Oswestry and feature some of the biggest names in music including Scouting For Girls, Dappy and Danny Howard.
It was cancelled at the start of April because of "circumstances beyond their control".
One of the organisers, Shawn Melusi said there was "no update at the minute."
The earlybird tickets were a sell-out as well as shuttle return buses to Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Whitchurch.
Under the terms and conditions on the Skiddle page, where tickets are sold, it states: "We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
"In the case where a refund is due and Skiddle do not hold the ticket funds, the responsibility and liability for issuing refunds lies with the event promoter."
