A man was taken to hospital via air ambulance last night after falling at Llanymynech Rocks.
Police officers from Welshpool and the Welsh ambulance attended the scene.
A spokesperson from the Welsh ambulance said: "We were called just after 5.00pm last night, Monday, March 5, to reports a man had fallen from cliffs in the Llanymynech area of Powys.
"We sent an emergency ambulance to the scene, where the crew were also supported by community first responders and a Wales Air Ambulance.
"A man was airlifted to hospital in Stoke with serious injuries."
