Police seek RTC driver

POLICE in Oswestry are appealing for witnesses after a driver failed to stop following a collision with a teenage girl.
The girl suffered serious grazing to her leg and the vehicle is believed to be a red Audi, possibly with an L-registration.

The collision occurred at around 2pm on Tuesday, July 1, in Shrewsbury Road near the Highwayman pub.

Following the collision, the girl was taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital as a precaution for treatment.

Anyone who witnessed the inceident or has any information about the driver is asked to contact Oswestry Police on 08457 444888.

Information can also be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
