A CHIRK man has been charged with three counts of theft and is due to appear in court next month.
John Roberts, 43, from Chirk, and Hayley Sudlow, 40, from Telford were both charged with theft in connection with an incident at Meole Brace Retail Park in Shrewsbury.
A spokesperson from Shropshire Cops said: “These charges are in relation to a theft which happened at Meole Brace retail park in Shrewsbury on Sunday, November 19.
“Roberts was also charged with two other thefts from Shrewsbury town centre shops.
“Both are due to appear at Telford Magistrates' Court.”
Sudlow is due in court on Friday, December 15, and Roberts on Thursday, December 21.
