A BROKEN down HGV has sparked heavy congestion on the A483 in Wrexham this morning.
Traffic reports state that the southbound carriageway is partially blocked between J1 (Ruabon, Wrexham) to A5 (Halton Roundabout, Chirk).
Motorists have taken to social media to statec that traffic is "heavy" in the area and that police are in attendance.
Latest reports state that traffic is taking turns to pass the vehicle. Motorists say traffic is at a "standstill" as a result.
