FIREFIGHTERS have rescued a sheep from its drinkin trough in Oswestry this morning, Saturday, March 4.
At 10.51am this morning, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) responded to an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Whitwell Lane,Oswestry.
A fire appliance was the mobilised at the scene.

A spokesperson from SFRS said: "A sheep with front legs trapped in drinking trough has been released by fire service personnel."
A stop signal confirming no further assistance was needed was sent to control at 11.12am.
