Chirk Town Council will be flying the Commonwealth Flag on at the Parish Hall on Monday.
To commemorate Commonwealth Day, Army Cadets will be taking the flag up the highest peaks in Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Chirk Town council and primary schools from around the area will be gathering at the Parish Hall, on Holyhead Road at 10am on Monday, March 13 to raise the flag.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
