TICKETS are still available for the biggest event in the Advertizer's campaign to raise funds for Hope House Children's Hospice.
The charity race night at Oswestry Cricket Club starts at 7.30pm on Friday, May 1 and it promises to be a really fun evening.
Nine races will be shown on the big screen and the highlight of the event will be the auction race – conducted by your MC for the evening, the hilarious Dave Vart.
Oswestry Cricket Club is donating the venue without charge and the first race will be off at 8pm. The racing will be followed by a disco.
Tickets cost just £5 and are available in reception at the Advertizer's office in Oswald Road, Oswestry or by calling 01691 655321.
All funds raised will go to Hope House Children’s Hospice in Morda – a fantastic charity that provides specialist nursing care and support to terminally ill children, young people and young adults from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
The support offered by Hope House extends to the whole family - from diagnosis, throughout the lifetime of the child and beyond.
