On the top left of the page, we have a man plucking up the courage to dive into the mere in Ellesmere – do you recognise him?
Staying in Ellesmere, on the bottom left of the page we have a snap from a dinner event at Ellesmere Comrades Club in 1982.
On the right of the page, love was in the air with a couple of weddings taking place.
In the top right picture, Tony and Susan were tying the knot, while Mr Hughes and Miss Williams were getting hitched in the bottom right picture.
