The Met Office has released a yellow weather warning for wind across Shropshire and Powys.
Between 6pm tonight and 9am on Friday, Storm Bronagh brings potential for very strong winds on Thursday evening and overnight into Friday morning.
The Met Office warns to expect some damage to buildings, such as falling trees and branches, power cuts and some road closures.

Heavy and persistent rain is also expected for the rest of the day.
The Met Office also warns that spray and flooding on roads may make journey times longer, as well as flooding in residential areas.
Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood team also alerted drivers to dangers on the road.
