ONE of the most popular family comedians around, Joe Pasquale appears at Llandrindod Wells soon as part of his 30th anniversary tour.

'The Joe Pasquale: A Few Of His Favourite Things' tour show will be at the Mid Wales Pavilion on Friday, September 14.

It’s 30 years since Joe burst into the public consciousness when he appeared on the ITV Talent Show 'New Faces' and he celebrates this auspicious moment with this new stand up tour treating audiences to a comedic mega mix of some of his best "cack" with some new surprises on the way.

The tour opened on August 15 taking in 33 venues before ending on October 31.

With a career spanning three decades the multi-talented comic’s energy is boundless and his talent and versatility limitless as he has shown playing the hapless and accident prone Frank Spencer in his debut theatre tour of 'Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em' as well as playing King Arthur in 'Spamalot' and as Leo Bloom in the touring production of 'The Producers'.

A regular on our TV screens - he was crowned King of the Jungle in the 2004 'I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here' series, he learned to skate in 'Dancing on Ice' in 2013, hosted 'The Price Is Right' on ITV and makes regular appearances on 'Tonight At The London Palladium'.

Joe has also challenged himself in shows like 'Sugar Free Farm' where he kicked his ‘sugar habit’; competed alongside Fatima Whitbread and Sally Gunnell in 'Total Wipeout' and attempted to smash the record for the most amount of martial arts throws in a minute on Guinness World Records.

He has honed his action man credentials along the way in shows such as 'The Prisoner X' where he spent time in a Costa Rican prison and was shipped off to the jungles of Guyana for the Discovery Channel’s 'Alone in the Wild'. And if all that isn’t quite enough he has used his unique vocal talents to voice characters for Hollywood movies – 'Garfield – A Tale of Two Kitties' and 'Horton Hears A Who'.

Joe is also a qualified pilot, has run a London Marathon, and will soon get his first degree through the Open University, but currently he is happiest encouraging audiences to unleash their inner child and learn to laugh and play again!
