POLICE have thanked members of the public for their patience after six cows 'ran amok' at a town roundabout.
According to North Wales Police a collision at the McDonald's roundabout in Mold earlier this morning saw a livestock trailer overturn.
Six frightened cows then escaped from the trailer and 'ran amok' - but were all captured after being herded by officers and residents.
A spokesman for the force said no person or cow was injured in the incident, adding: "Following the incident this morning on Mcdonalds roundabout in Mold, can we thank all members of the public for their patience.
"Thankfully all the livestock were safely rounded up and are unhurt."
Adam Mason captured this video of the cows running loose - but luckily a cow-tastrophe was averted.
