This year’s Ellesmere carnival king and queen are Tyler Williams and Georgia Thomas, who were chosen at the annual disco which took place in July.
Ellesmere carnival will take place this weekend on Saturday.
The parade will start at noon and include two laps of Ellesmere town centre.
There will be stalls, entertainment, food, music and a bar at the Cremorne gardens from 10am to 10pm.
Ellesmere carnival committee are in need for volunteers to help Marshall the parade on the day.
They also require help with preparation of the Cremorne garden on Friday from 10am onwards and the decoration of floats on from 4pm onwards. Any help would be much appreciated.

Road closures in Ellesmere will be in place from 11.45am to 1.15pm.
