Emergency services were called to a two-car collision.
Police and the ambulance service were called to Lower Chirk Bank after the crash, which happened near the Bridge Inn pub shortly after 9.15am (Friday, August 17).
The road was blocked after the accident, with one female trapped in one of the vehicles uninjured.
West Midlands Ambulance service were called to the scene at 9.41am.
An ambulance crew assessed a 60-year old man and a female, who were discharged at the scene.
