POLICE have warned motorists to be on their guard against car crime.
Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Team posted on Twitter that someone had been trying car doors in the town over the weekend.
Motorists are encouraged not to leave doors or windows unlocked or keys in the ignition, not to leave personal items on display and to avoid parking in poorly-lit areas.
