POLICE are investigating two walk-in burglaries in St Martins.
An offender entered a bungalow in Bay Tree Close between around midday and 2pm on Saturday, August 4 and stole cash from a drawer.
A West Mercia Police spokesman said: "A male, described as aged 25-30, with dark hair and wearing denims had been going door-to-door asking about gardening and entered the house through an unlocked door while the residents were drowsing."

A similar incident occurred later in the afternoon at Railway Terrace, Ellesmere, where an unknown male walked into a house uninvited, through an unlocked door while the residents were at home.
He asked if any gardening was required and took cash from a bedroom (Incident reference: 0892s 050818).
Also on the afternoon of Saturday, August 4, a black Radley purse was lifted from a shopper's bag, possibly while shopping in a superstore in St Martins. The loss was not noticed at the time (incident reference: 0313s 050818).
