POLICE are investigating after two drones were stolen from a car.

The two radio-controlled Spark drones, along with batteries and chargers, were taken from a car in Welsh Walls, Oswestry some time between 7pm on Monday, August 6 and 9am the next day.

During the same night, between 10.30pm and 2.30am, a coat, phone and sunglasses were taken from a car on a driveway in Hillside (0593s 070818).

Around 11.50pm a resident saw an unknown male trying handles of car doors, and damaging wing mirrors of vehicles parked in Llwyn Road, Oswestry.

The man was described as white, possibly around 30, 5ft 4 inches tall, with shoulder length hair, wearing a tee shirt and carrying a rucksack (0056s 070818).

Two males, each wearing light tracksuit bottoms and hooded jackets with hoods up, were seen in the fenced yard of business premises in Middleton Road, Oswestry, at around 4.30am on Wednesday, August 8.

Some interference with vehicles was noted later but no thefts have been reported (0168s 080818).
