A MAN has been arrested for being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, disqualified driving and dangerous driving following an armed police operation in Wrexham.
The operation resulted in the A483 off-slip at the Ruthin Road interchange being closed for a short period of time whilst the incident was brought to a safe conclusion yesterday.
Temporary Superintendent Paul Joyce said: “I would like to apologise for any disruption that may have been caused to those using the road, it was however important to close the sliproad for the safety of the public.
"I would like to extend my thanks to the officers who dealt with the incident in a professional manner resulting in the arrest of a man for a number of offences."
