FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a car blaze.
A crew from Oswestry Fire Station was called to a small vehicle on fire in Hengoed at around 12.40pm (Thursday, July 12).
The fire was extinguished with a hosereel jet and a firefighter used a thermal image camera to check for any hotspots, a Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said.
No one is thought to have been injured in the fire, which covered around a quarter of the vehicle.
The spokesman added that the cause of the fire was being investigated.
