POLICE are investigating after a car was stolen from a driveway.

A White Vauxhall Insignia, registration BV12 AD), was taken from a property at Heather Bank, Gobowen overnight on June 24-25.

West Mercia Police are investigating several other crimes in the area:

- A MALE was seen entering and attempting to break into cars in Glentworth View, Morda between midnight and 2am on Friday, June 22. The suspect was described as quite small, very thin, of average height and wearing a hooded tracksuit. He appeared to have access to a car, believed to have been a black Vauxhall Astra. - AT AROUND 4.30am/5am on Sun 24 June, a male was found at the back of a house in Belle Vue, Morda. He appeared to be trying to open car doors and ran off when challenged. (Incident reference 0143s 240618.)

- A DETACHED garage at Cross Lanes, St Martins, was broken into between 2-3pm on Wednesday, June 20. A white Ford Transit van with a ladder on top was seen at the location. The suspected offenders were disturbed and no thefts were reported. (Incident reference 0479s 200618.)

- A VALUABLE Mon Clear jacket was taken from a car in Cottams Meadow, St Martins, overnight on June 19-20, and then a repeat attack on vehicles at the same address occurred overnight on June.21-22 (Incident reference 0163s 220618.)
