CABINET OF CURIOSITIES

(New Vic Theatre, Newcastle-under-Lyyme, Jul 18-27)

Written and directed by Ellie Taylor, this is a playful circus adventure for young children and their families

The circus show is about to begin, but one of the performers has lost her head for heights. Filled with courage and determination, she’s setting off to find it.

Asking everyone she meets along the way if they’ve seen what she’s looking for, can they help her find what she’s lost? Can you help her?

Step into the magical world of circus as three storytelling actors lead young audience members and their not-so-grown-ups on an exciting 45-minute adventure into a beautiful world filled with fantastical characters.

Full of wonder and excitement, this interactive theatre experience follows on from our much-loved annual Tale Trail performances, created especially for audiences aged 3-5, and offers a brilliant introduction to the joy of theatre – and circus!

n Tickets are £7.50 and there are schools’ prices available. Call Box Office on 01782 717962 for more details or head to www.newvictheatre.org.uk
