Scott Ruscoe's The New Saints will have to see off the Macedonian champions KF Shkëndija if they are to progress in this season's Champions League.

The Park Hall men were drawn against Shkëndija in today's first qualifying round draw and will face an away trip first at the Ecolog Arena on July 10 or 11.

They will then be back at Park Hall for the second leg a week later as they look to advance into the second qualifying round of the Champions League.

The club is based in Tetovo, in the north west of the country, and are twice winners of the Macedonian First League, having first won it in 2010/11.

They have lost both of their previous Champions League games, losing 5-0 on aggregate to Partizan Belgrade but have enjoyed some limited success in the Europa League but were knocked out in the play-off round last year by Italian giants AC Milan.
