A child had to be freed from a car yesterday in Oswestry.
Firefighters improvised with a metal coathanger and other equipment to free the youngster after they became trapped inside the vehicle with the keys.
A spokesperson for the Oswestry Fire team said: "Child and keys boths recovered safely with no injuries.
"A fantastic job well done."
Earlier in the day, the team had been called to a 4x4 vehicle fire in Morda Road.
The blaze broke out at around 10.45am and the Oswestry crew used breathing apparatus, a hosereel jet, small gear and a thermal imaging camera to put it out.
They added: "There were no casualties or injuries relating to the incident."
