An award-winning Shropshire and Mid Wales car dealership has been rated one of the four best dealers in the country for sales satisfaction across their business.

Arthurs, who have branches in Oswestry and Newtown, have been named in the top four dealers in the UK for their customer satisfaction scores in both sales and aftersales.

The announcement was made by Vauxhall’s new managing director Stephen Norman at a dealer conference at the ICC in Birmingham.

Arthurs director David Goldthorpe, who attended the conference with managing director Nigel Williams, said the new Vauxhall MD showed a slide of performing dealers and over a rolling 12 month period Arthurs combined sales and aftersales scores were in the top four dealer rankings..

“This is a tremendous feather in our cap when you consider the strength of the Vauxhall dealer network of over 340 dealers” said David.

“Importantly, it means that customers of the two Arthurs branches are not only satisfied with our sales and aftersales service, but would recommend the dealership to others for both. This is a testament to our great team of local people who work for Arthurs and who are totally dedicated to looking after our customers.

“We have also just received our April sales scores for customer satisfaction and Arthurs is currently number one in the country with a 100 per cent achievement.”
