A Winter Olympics-themed holiday club at Holy Trinity Church in Oswestry last week saw children enjoy a whole range of activities - in a slightly warmer temperature than PyeongChang.
February half-term saw the church transformed into a sports stadium for the 'Champions' holiday club, organised by church curate Steve Nicholson.
The morning sessions, which spanned across five days, saw around 90 five to 11 year olds attend, with 50 11-18-year-olds helping out with 40 adult leaders.
Children enjoyed the sporty activities, including lighting their own Olympic torch each morning, as well as craft, drama and singing activities, as well as lessons about Jesus and the Bible.
Mark Addison, the youth and families minister at Holy Trinity, said: "We've had really good fun over the past five mornings.
"The children all seemed to have had a great time – it's been very busy."
