Pupils at Moreton Hall School have achieved high results in their English Speaking Board examinations.
Remove and Lower Four students have been rewarded for their public speaking skills with over half achieving the accolade of a Distinction.
In addition, twelve students received a Merit Plus, and six pupils gained a Merit.
Head of spoken English, Merriel Halsall Williams, said: “Far from being the sole domain of the English or Drama department, ESB has an effect on every aspect of the curriculum, equipping learners with a broad skill set to help them progress in a number of different ways.
"I am thrilled that Moreton students have yet again achieved such high grades.”
