Craig Harrison says his TNS side are heading to Scotland this weekend for their Scottish Challenge Cup clash with Forfar with just one thing on their mind – winning.
The Saints face the Scottish League Two leaders, who surrendered their 100 per cent league record on Saturday, in a new format of the competition which includes Welsh and Irish sides.
And Harrison says the Saints have done their homework on Forfar, and want to win the competition.
“This game against Forfar is like anything we enter – we’ll be going to win the game and the competition,” he said.
“It’s the be-all-and-end-all for TNS, winning, and so it should be.
“We managed to go and see them two weeks ago against Clyde and they won that game.
“They’ve been flying in that league and it’ll be a tough game.
“It’s not going to be a pushover, but again, with huge respect to them, we know if we do our homework, we’ll be going to look to win the game.
“As we have done with every game we’ve played, including the Champions League. We believe in ourselves, though we’ve paid them respect by doing our homework on them.”
