A man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and failing to provide a breath test in Oswestry. West Mercia Police is appealing for witnesses after a 31-year-old driver collided with a police car on Middleton Road and a house on Unicorn Road at around 12.30pm this afternoon. A police spokesman said: "There were a lot of people around at the time of the incident so if anyone saw the grey Ford Focus ST involved, call the police on 101. "A woman also told an officer she saw a man discarding car keys in Morrisons car park so they would also like to hear from her." The police helicopter was dispatched to look for a second man. Anyone with information should call 101 and give the incident number 2805 of April 10. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or crimestoppers-uk.org
