Selattyn Fete

THE weather was kind for this year's Selattyn Fete with many residents and visitors packing the village for an afternoon of fun and games.
The annual event saw hundreds of people attend on Saturday, July 19, with attractions such as face painting, a bouncy castle and a plant sale proving popular.
The church fete was opened by the head girl and head boy from Selattyn School, Will Hudson and Nancy Twigg, both 11-years-old. They were joined by the vicar of St Mary's Church, Rev Adrian Bailey.
