Oswestry head's warning after Marches drug arrest

THE headteacher at Oswestry’s Marches School has said the establishment will not tolerate drugs after a pupil was arrested on suspicion of supplying cannabis.
Headteacher, Sarah Longville, (pictured), said that although the incident was isolated, the school would not allow such incidents to compromise its high standards.

“The Marches School will not brush issues under the carpet,” she said, “We believe in taking decisive and strong preventative action to ensure that our school is a safe learning environment."
