OUR first featured artists are the JB Quintent, who are offering a free track
The quintet was formed in August 2005 when Jamie Brownfield, who had been playing the trumpet regularly at the Three Tuns monthly jazz jams, was asked if he could get a group together with the purpose of playing at the Bishops Castle Jazz Weekend.

The band, who age from 15 to 19 years, play mainstream/jazz standards and especially enjoy numbers by Herbie Hancock and Horace Silver.

If you're in a band and this has caught your interest, email me at mark.hooson@nwn.co.uk

  • Clicking the green play button will let you play the track, but if you want to download it, right click on the button and select 'save target as'
