Tyglyn Eiddwen is a truly wonderful family home in the popular and friendly village of Eglwysfach. WE have lived here for the past 9 years, and it has been a fantastic place to bring up our young family. The property was originally a Guest House when we purchased it and was a renowned B&B in the area due to its close proximity to the Ynyshir RSPB Nature Reserve, home to the recently televised BBC Springwatch programme and the popular Dyfi Osprey Project. The property remains a registered Guest House and has good business potential.

Tyglyn Eiddwen has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard. However, the original features have been retained, maintaining an Edwardian styled property. There are three attractive fireplaces in the Living quarters, one of which is used throughout the Winter months giving the feel of true country property. The high ceilings and decorative coving's make each room light, open and welcoming.

There are 4/5 bedrooms, each with washbasin facilities, which has proved invaluable with the children. One of the most stunning attributes of the house is its rear Balcony, where we spend many evenings dining outside and watching the sun set over the Nature Reserve.

The Lower Ground Floor area has been invaluable as a storage and utility, however it could easily be converted into further accommodation or a self contained unit.

The property sits on a very large plot and the views to the rear are a stunning spectacle over open countryside with an abundance of birds and wildlife.
