MADDOX John William (Jack) on 16th March 2018, passed away peacefully at Meadowbrook Care Home, aged 86 years and formerly of St.Martins. Much loved by all his family and friends. Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Wednesday 4th April at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Parkinson's UK.
